What is a copyright?

Copyright is a form of protection provided by the laws of the United States (title 17, U. S. Code) to the authors of "original works of authorship," including literary, dramatic, musical, artistic, and certain other intellectual works. This protection is available to both published and unpublished works.

Please see Section 106 of the 1976 Copyright Act for a list of the rights and authorities granted to the owner of copyrighted material.

If your image contains a copyright symbol, a trademark, a signature, or licensing rights that are not owned by Skinit.com, it is not an image that we can reproduce on Skins.
