Can I customize a Skin using copyrighted material?

If your image contains a copyright symbol, a trademark, a signature, or licensing rights that are not owned by Skinit.com, it is not an image that we can reproduce on a Skin. If you have the rights to a copyrighted image Skinit may request confirmation of the copyright or trademark ownership from the submitter.
