Skinit will replace the Skin at no charge for an equal to or lesser amount Skin within the first 30 days from the date of shipment. If the replacement Skin is a higher retail price, you will be charged the difference, including any applicable taxes that apply. If a refund is requested, Skinit will credit you the full purchase price of the order (Less any charged shipping charges, if applicable) in which Skinit.com received payment.
This credit process will begin once your skin is received back by Skinit.
As soon as we get the order back, we will issue the refund and it can take 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your account. The time will vary with each financial institution.
For replacement or returns you will be issued an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Once you have received your RMA number you will need to return the skin to us.
