How can I get confirmation for my refund?

Once we have received your returned item and have processed your refund, a confirmation email will be sent to the same email address that was provided when placing the order. An email can also be sent to an alternate email address that is provided at the time of the refund request. Please allow up to 4 weeks from the date we receive your unwanted item for your refund to be issued.
