I was issued a refund and cannot see it in my account?

Once a refund is issued, it can take between 3-7 business days to process and post to your account. If it has been longer than that since you received email confirmation that your refund was processed and you still do not see it on your account, please contact customer service and one of our representatives will work with you to ensure that your refund request will be processed as soon as possible.
