What if I purchased a new device?

Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed! If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Skinit will offer a replacement item of equal or lesser value within 30 days of order receipt. If a refund is requested, we will issue a credit to you for the product being returned (excluding any shipping charges) once we have received it back.  Replacements and returns require an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number issued to you by customer service.

*Due to the unique nature of the printing process the exact color and design displayed on the website may not be printed on the final product. Skinit reserves the right to change the composition of any selected device design to insure a quality product. This may involve cropping, stretching, or skewing the design image to optimize the overall layout.
