Evelyn Frank It makes sense that customized items are final sale since they’re made to individual specifications and can’t be resold. Still, it’s good to know there may be options if an item arrives defective or incorrect.

Sreecombs68 Your website kept closing every time I tried to adjust the size so the dots wouldn’t interfere with my photo. Therefore I had too Download a new photo and then the cart didn’t take take it. I didn’t realize it didn’t except my new photo . That is not my error.

Sreecombs68 I sent my address change and stating about the new photo at same time but you did not comment on the photo only adjusting the address. You website states you can change updates if they haven’t gone to print yet.. and it should not have when I informed you of the issue I just didn’t elaborate cause of my disability and someone else is typing is place of me.
