What issues are not covered under the customization policy?

We cannot accept returns or reprints for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or preference changes after production

  • Customer errors (typos, low-res uploads, wrong device/model)

  • Normal wear and tear after delivery

  • Minor color/placement/size variances within standard manufacturing tolerances
